So I have had a terrible cold the past few days. A guy at a local juice bar started talking to me about how good ginger is for health especially when you’re sick. He even convinced me to do a shot of it, tasted like crap BUT I am all about trying to do things the healthy natural way SO I downed it like a champ.
Yesterday as I was coughing up a lung I decided to google ginger smoothies/ teas etc and came upon this —-
Seriously y’all it made me feel better as soon as I drank it, and didn’t taste like that awful shot. Follow her directions though and make it in the right order. I drank it 2 more times yesterday and feel almost completely human today!! 🙌🙌🙌
